I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I support individuals through the process of growth and healing, self-discovery, and coping through difficult times. I am committed to helping my clients deepen their connection to themselves and build self trust. By gaining clarity on aspects of your life, whether it be what has shaped you, or what is currently keeping you stuck, I help you use this awareness to live a more intentional life.
My therapeutic style is warm, active, and genuine. I strongly believe in the importance of building an authentic and trusting relationship in order for therapy to be effective. It is truly a privilege to hold space for my clients so that they feel seen and understood, and safe to share openly.
I work from a relational and psychodynamic framework, balancing a focus on the here and now while also understanding how your past affects your present. I use an individualized approach in sessions, also drawing from my trainings in Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness, and attachment theory. My approach is always grounded in compassion and curiosity for your thoughts and feelings.
